If you need help and would like to be contacted by a victim counseling center of your choice, fill out the form here. The center will usually contact you within three working days. Counseling is anonymous, confidential, and free of charge.
Important: If you feel threatened or in acute danger, contact the police 117, or if it is a medical emergency, call 144.
